In English teaching in high school, more and more educators feel English writing significant. English writing ability height can embody out synthetical quality of student's English. As for students in Jiangyin rural area middle schools, writing is their big headache. This study connects the theory of cooperative learning and English writing activities, analyzes the existing problems in Jiangyin rural senior high schools by starting with the theoretical basic of cooperative learning, does some research and practice about English cooperative learning.This article is divided into 6 chapters.Chapter One is quote and it mainly illustrates the present writing in Jiangyin rural areas. It points out the drawback of the present writing in Jiangyin rural areas. It is urgent to be put into use in Jiangyin rural areas.Chapter Two is document. It illustrates some theory about co-operative learning to find some necessary theory basis.Chapter Three is the research process. It includes the present writing in Chenghua senior high school and makes it necessary to co-operate with students;after doing some experiments between the experimental class and average class, we think it necessary to co-operate.Chapter Four some example on English co-operative learning in Chenghua senior high school:.the article illustrates the positive function in improving students'writing by cooperative learning through some concrete uses in Jiangyin Chenghua senior high school.Chapter Five is the enlightenment to education management: The cooperative learning on English writing in rural senior high schools not only promotes students' learning interests and abilities, but also has important guiding significance in developing teamwork spirits and the awareness in helping each other, strengthening students'individual awareness and self-confidence Chapter Six is about the drawback of this study: the article mainly illustrates some misunderstanding in concept and lack of training guidance and it is necessary for students to promote students'the awareness of cooperation and participating in it.
