Satisfaction is the state of pleasure or disappointment formed by customer when they compared the perception of product or service results with their expectations. With the idea that "Students are the customers of modern education" was widely accepted by society, education became a service product of university. So, every educated citizen has the right to supervise the quality of education, schools should focus on student satisfaction of the services. Teaching service is an important part of higher education, including curriculum, teaching process, teacher management, educational administration and other services. Each student will be exposed to teaching activities, some or all of the services, student satisfaction with the services for the teaching situation can help college to better understand the needs of students and student satisfaction with the services provided by schools, finding the shortage in the target location,personnel training and other activities on education, they can better carry out the work.. In this context, the paper taken the Students of the Dongbei University of Finance and Economics as example to study the teaching satisfaction.of university.Through questionnaire survey, using spss16.0, sas9.1.3, clementine 11.1 and other analysis software, combined with a simple descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis, correspondence analysis, partial least squares analysis, decision tree analysis, data analysis method to construct a suitable model to understand school curriculum and teachers teaching situation satisfaction, and educational management system,teachers online comprehensive appraisal system implementation of evaluation, summary and feedback comments and suggestions of students, in order to manage teaching elective courses in the design and arrangement, assessment and evaluation of teaching effective of teaching work and to develop appropriate teaching management system to optimize the environment, teaching management, and ultimately for college students to establish and improve a favorable development of personalized credit management operating mechanism, mobilizing students independent study enthusiasm and trainning high-level talents and abilities applied to provide reference.The main contents are as follows:The first part is introduction. Introducing the research background, significance, research status, contents and methods, and this structure and innovation.The second part is customer satisfaction model and measurement theory and methods outlined. Mainly for domestic and foreign scholars on the theory of customer satisfaction and the satisfaction of the development of a more detailed summary and analysis, and current customer satisfaction measurement models and methods mainly are described.The third part is an overview of Student Satisfaction Survey. Defined the concept of college student satisfaction, after a full analysis and comparison, selecting appropriate evaluation model college student satisfaction, index system.The fourth part is the satisfaction of teaching empirical research, taken the Students of the Dongbei University of Finance and Economics as example,through questionnaire survey to understand the teaching satisfaction of undergraduate students, and to apply scientific methods of statistical analysis of survey data obtained for analysis.The fifth part is the conclusions and recommendations. According to the results of empirical research to explain basic conclusions and the lack of research and made targeted recommendations.Studying research shows that satisfaction can be widely used in teaching services, and can be integrated using a variety of tools and methods; taken the Students of the Dongbei University of Finance and Economics as example to in-depth study the teaching satisfaction.of university,finding that students satisfied with the school curriculum and teachers, but there is still something need improvement, such as the optional teaching teachers, entrepreneurship education course module arrangements, and give the corresponding suggestions for improvement. This paper extends the theory of customer satisfaction in the field of higher education,in the application of the integrated use of quantitative and qualitative research methods, flexible using various statistical analysis software for in-depth analysis of satisfaction data to improve the satisfaction of the depth and breadth of data analysis.
