At present, in the background of the full-service "three rural", the state attaches the great importance and strongly support to the rural vocational education. Secondary rural vocational education achieves strong development during whose process it needs urgently a large number of high-quality "double-teachers". By their content constructing secondary rural vocational schools have made some achievements in the "dual" training of teachers, but there are still many problems. For the "dual" status of teachers, the author researches patiently and deeply on the "Double" Teacher Training, which is necessarily of the vocational development in rural areas.This paper applies theoretical analysis, literature research and comparative study, beginning with the "Double" concept and its quality of teachers, analyzing the status of the "Double" teachers of China's current agricultural vocational school and describing the meaning of "dual" teacher training in the agricultural vocational school, and at last giving some suggestions on "dual" training teachers. Its major research is to develop secondary vocational education in the process of how best to strengthen the "Double" teacher, and explore the approaches to training them in addition to form the strategy. It can improve the overall quality of "dual" teacher training in the agricultural vocational school.Innovation of this paper is completely analyzing the status of the "Double" teachers of China's current agricultural vocational school and a putting corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, completely comprehensive and operative.
