Teacher professional development is currently an important subject of teacher education reform, while in essence, it is the process that teachers master certain teaching skills and build the ability of dealing with professional issues through continuous learning and exploring. Clearly, school-based research is an effective way to achieve teacher professional development, because it can solve the conflict between work and study effectively and enable teachers to upgrade them in practice. Therefore, school-based research has been an important area of research in the international context of teacher professional development.This study finds that school-based research with the participation of universities is currently a more systematic and feasible model through a large number of literature analysis and investigation. This model is very mature, but it doesn't achieve the desired effect for many problems in the process of the actual implementation, such as the lack of professional guidance, intensive communication, enthusiastic participation and rich resources. In such circumstances, combining the large-scale and innovative training needs of full-time education master, this study enriches the content of school-based research with the participation of universities. At the same time, network learning community provides a new opportunity for school-based research for its convenience of communicating with each other and sharing resources. Based on this, this study will build secondary school teachers training community platform with the participation of universities, which will provide support for the common training activities of secondary school teachers and full-time education master under the information environment.This study is divided into four stages:theory analysis, survey research, empirical research, and evaluation analysis. First, this study categorizes and generalizes relevant theories. Second, this study surveys and analyzes the current training activities of school-based teachers and the training situation of full-time education master. Third, this study designs and develops training community platform on the basis of theoretical model construction. At last, we put the platform in the actual training between some teachers of Shuangliu Middle School and full-time education masters of Southwest University, and summarize the application effect through case studies and surveys.The results show that:the training community platform with the participation of universities provides a strong support for the common training activities of the secondary school teachers and full-time education masters, and also has a great help in solving the current existed problems. In the learning community, secondary school teachers and full-time education masters can achieve common development by getting what they want and complementing each other.
