Nowdays, under the background of Comparative education's prevailing, our instructional strategies and teaching means for native language composition in the primary school should not be conservative. On the contrary, it should inherit reform and promote better forward development for the composition teaching through the comparison with other countries'.In foreign countries, as pupils' exercises and training for life experience and skills, native languages' communicative and applicable practice has always been attached importance to. Foreign countries' native language teaching objectives and strategies such as Britain's, French's and American's all have its own tradition, of course, have its own advantages. U.S. thinks highly of writing practice and the life style of literary form. Japan emphasizes expression ability is a priority for teaching. In terms of the literary form, foreign countries' is more plentiful and practical than china's which involves practical text, survey report, literature writing, reading notes, poetry writing, and the argumentation and so on.Compared with china's elementary composition teaching, foreign countries' is more systematic with laddering nature. The latter still persevere with narrative writing which leads to literary form's monotony and boring. For example, since its value for faltering literary language is ignored, poetry or argumentation is rare in elementary Chinese textbook which can be seen as a deficiency for elementary native language composition. As far as I'm concerned, the criterion to sort out elementary composition is neither literary form nor writing difficulty, but the education function or the social communicative skills. In deed, there has always been an unfamiliar teaching strategy for elementary mother tongue composition in foreign countries. It is not a simple class composition writing instruction but a comprehensive one which involves a series of activities such as society observation, resources collection, draft editing, publishing and displaying. Compared to foreign countries', China's literary form is comparatively dull, teaching strategy comparatively extensive, without systematic operational approach. On the basis of above-mentioned writing objective and teaching strategy comparison between home and abroad, random, fuzzy and fragmentational features can be clearly seen in China's elementary mother tongue teaching. Thereby, after nearly ten year's research and practice, "Miao Bi composition teaching method and strategy" has been established to explore a composition teaching system. From the perspective of faltering writing interest, "Miao Bi" pass on writing law, helping students to break through bottlenecks, then to experience the sense of achievability. With the help of writing mechanism and auxiliary mechanism, students' mother tongue ability can be improved comprehensively and sustainability. This paper attempts to explore effective strategy for primary native language writing through "two comparison, a practice".
