It fits our long-term education personnel cultivate requirement, and to the future development of the school accumulate a huge mass of leaders. At the same time, cultivate teacher leaders also conducive to teachers'professional development, promote teachers'growth.Teacher leaders have a particular ability to school and people or things that influence the teacher, and the outstanding person is leader teachers or teacher leaders. Teacher leaders have born formal and informal leadership positions in leadership positions of points. And cultivate teachers with scientific leadership leader theory as the guide, mainly including distributed leadership theory, participatory leadership theory. To develop teacher leaders of teacher professional development has a very important role, not only promoted the teacher's individual professionalization, but also promoted the professional development of teachers group.
