| Currently,the sports arouse wide concern for its unique charm and function,especially after a series of sports events like Olympics, World Cup,etc. and also,more and more people participate for its hope and enthusiasm. With the development of the sports industry, athletic sports also develop rapidly .However,the commercial and the professional transition brought lots of sensitive issues which are utilitarian.because of this, people's dominant position under threat, the spirit traditional sports pursued are broken,and the soul is suffering from corrosion.so,after studied lots of related documents.This paper focus on the truth of sports,study the internal and external influences(such as political),analyze necessity of sports ethics,talk about the matters with competitive sports,and then construct sports ethic in several aspects.
