The Research On Professor's Academic Governance

The universities are the academic organizations, and the administrative organization,to bring the dual property to the university management more difficult.Neither the university management of academic development in full accordance with the internal logic,can not be completely in accordance with the concept of hierarchical management organization to manage. Implementation of "learning by professors", the professor in decision-making,is the coordination and balance executive power. In addition to its own decisions,restricting administrative power,but also can take advantage of the academic advantages,make the university more in line with the administrative decision-making characteristics and rules of academic development.
