To enhance the reach of the quality of college teachers of ideological and political theory courses has a very important effect on strengthening the building of the team of college teachers of ideological and political theory courses under the new situation, and also increasing the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses in university. We should try to construct the quality model of college teachers of ideological and political theory courses, explore the problem of use of the quality model, which is benefit to enhance the integral quality of the team of college teachers of ideological and political theory course. This paper attempts to build the quality model of college teachers of ideological and political theory courses from the theoretical level and to discuss the problem of applying the model on building the team of college teachers of ideological and political theory courses by using the theory of Job Quality Model. It consists of three chapters.Chapter One talks about the meaning and reach value of quality model of college teachers of ideological and political theory course. This part defines the relative concepts of quality model of college teachers of ideological and political theory courses, further it draws on the major significance of the reach.Chapter Two explores the using of quality model of college teachers of ideological and political theory courses. This part tries to design the quality model of college teachers of ideological and political theory courses based on referring on the job quality model. Then it explores the construction of quality model of college teachers of ideological and political theory courses.Chapter Three introduces the use of quality model of college teachers of ideological and political theory courses. First this part confirms the main man who uses this model. Further it clarifies the requirements for using it. On this basis, it finally discusses how to apply this model on quality evaluation and recruitment of college teachers of ideological and political theory courses, on planning and training of career development, and on performance and incentive management.
