Teacher is the key to education development and education quality. Norwegian vocational teachers are thought to meet the need of vocational education primly. Moreover, there are some scholars pointed out that it is time to study from the vocational teacher education for the general education teachers. Curriculum is the carrier to carry out the education thinking, to achieve education ideal. So, based on describing Norwegian Akershus university college health and care vocational teacher education curriculum setting, we analyze its characteristics, and from the outside and inside factors to look for its shaping reasons. And then, comparing Chinese vocational teacher education actuality with the Norwegian's, searching for the inspirations for China.This thesis has five parts:the first part is mainly on literature summarizing about the vocational teacher education, and introduce this research methods, thought, and relating concepts; the second part is to introduce the Norwegian education and vocational teacher education background; the third part mainly describes the Health and Care vocational teacher education curriculum settings in Akershus university college; the forth part is to analysis its characteristics of the curriculum settings, and point out the shaping reasons of the curriculum; the fifth part, summarizing and comparing Chinese vocational teacher education curriculum status and problems, and to analysis the reasons from the outsides and insides, and to give some advices on our vocational teacher education.
