An Analysis Of Undergraduate Interpersonal Relationship Based On Social Interaction

The dormitory is not simply a room where college students live and rest, but also a space to continue studying, a platform to get news and information, a home to share feelings and emotions and a world to take relaxation. The dormitory interpersonal relationship is the essential component of the undergraduate interpersonal relationship, as well as the dormitory life is one part of university life. In recent years, several malignant cases, such as Ma Jiajue homicide case in Yunnan University, Beijing Normal University Zhuhai compus dormitory hurt case, are frequency which revealing the conditions of undergraduate interpersonal relationship are not optimistic. Constructing socialist harmonic society has become the epochal theme and the harmonious interpersonal relationship is the foundation of the harmonic society. Therefore, as the important part of the social group, it is of great significance for university students constructing good dormitory interpersonal relationship.This paper is based on the summary, absorption and learning the achievements of dormitory interpersonal relationship both from home and abroad, adopted documentary, participant observation and interview techniques, combined with the actual situation of the present undergraduate dormitory interpersonal relationship, taken Southwest University as an example to hold a investigation. This research mainly draws the following conclusion:Firstly, there are characteristics of the present undergraduate dormitory interpersonal relationship. First, the overall condition is still far from being satisfactory. Second, the main response to the problem of dormitory interpersonal relationship is forbearing and conciliatory. Third, there is sizeable difference in different grades showing U pattern. Forth, the interpersonal relationship inclines to keep distance.Secondly, there are main problems in the present undergraduate dormitory interpersonal relationship including groupuscule phenomenon, trivial matters problems, undesirable competitions, cognitive bias, values divergence, communication difficulties of impoverished students, lack of communicative conduction, etc.Thirdly, the causes of the above problems are various including personal factors, school education factors, family education factors and society factors.Based on the analysis results, this paper offers suggestions to build a preferable undergraduate dormitory interpersonal relationship. First, it should be cultivated moral accomplishments and personality, learned self adaption and interpersonal cognitive pattern, paid attention to communication and interpersonal relationship role, and studied the communicative skills to improve the individual ability. Second, the family should attach importance to the family education and stabilize cultural foundation, set up correct values and give directions for proper methods of dormitory interpersonal relationship. Third, the colleges and universities should strengthen service and management to play their main role, pay attention to the ideological and political education, establish the civilization dormitory system, form excellent dormitory culture, encourage various forms friendly dormitory, organize campus psychology culture activities, make use of the advantages of the internet. Four, the society should promote external environment and social harmonious development, optimize external environment which influenced by the undergraduate harmonious dormitory interpersonal relationship, establish scientific evaluation standard of undergraduate dormitory interpersonal relationship.
