The thesis based on native and abroad researches, focuses on basic educational reforms and classroom teaching innovation. It is directed by synergistic learning theory and mastery learning theory, Taken the changes of classroom teaching environments which based on information technology (Interactive Response Technology) as the core of the study.The thesis looks back and reveals the importance of the assessment for students centre through the approach of literature analysis, it also reveals the importance of technology-supported teaching and the effectiveness of classroom teaching enhances. The study intends to apply for proposals enhancing the usefulness of the classroom teaching by making use of Interactive Response Technology in order to cope with some problems in present classroom teaching, the frame of this research based on these views.This thesis mainly used action research through the empirical study under the environment of the Interactive Response Technology; it also used questionnaire, interview, and classroom observation and so on. Dissertation reflects changes and effectiveness by analyzing the actions, cases, data and materials concerned, which is supposed to contribute to the research in the future.This thesis includes three parts as follows: Introduction of background knowledge,the empirical study and the study summary.The first part mainly introduce the background of research, the research problems, purpose, contend, the way of thinking of the meaning, the way to deal with a situation, literature overview and the major theory.The second part is the empirical study, which checks the research hypothesis. Firstly, the assessment on keeping abreast of students'starting-line.it has contributed to the development of teachers'teaching and to comprehend students'conditions. Secondly, the assessment of teaching process. The study points out how to assist teachers accomplishing teaching assignment by using of Interactive Response Technology. Thirdly, the assessment of students learning qualities bases on five dimensions. Finally, the assessment of teachers teaching qualities bases on action research, finding a new model to enhance teaching efficiency.The third part is the study summary. It builds mastery learning models of classroom teaching with basing on assessment by aid of Interactive Response Technology. Through the research of classroom instruction on technology, summarizing the influence of four essential factors, students, teachers, media, contents.The present dissertation discovers several problems in the Para-experimental research and takes some countermeasures to deal with them, hoping better changes for future research.
