The Research Of Three Sports Schools' "Combination Of Sports And Education" To Nurture Sports Back-up Talents' Training

Research Objective: The three-stage training model for athletic sports in our country has been taken for a long time as sports schools→professional teams→national teams, which has cultivated a lot of world champions for China, speeded up the development of China's athletic sports and made important contributions to motherland sports. However, with the development of society, disadvantages brought by such training model are gradually revealed. The emergence and development of"Combination of Sports and Education"compensates the deficiencies of "three-stage" training model.Research Methods: This paper uses the method of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and summarization, applies the guiding ideology of the scientific development concept to describe the production factors and development, connotation, meaning and social functions of"Combination of Sports and Education", and investigates and researches the cultivation of sports talents in these three sports schools, objectively analyzes the cultivation condition, and proposes development countermeasures. Research results: (1) Coaches and teachers have high academic credentials, rich work experience, but the scientific and technological innovation ability and teaching methods still need to be improved.(2) Athletes lack awareness of active learning, and contradiction in learning and training is prominent.(3) Financial sources are limited, mainly depend on the allocation from higher level.(4) Athletes protection system is not completed, and"Combination of Sports and Education"system still needs to be improved.Research Conclusion: We should further deepen management system reform of sports talents training through institutional innovation, promote operational mechanism conversion of sports talents cultivation, establish training management system and sound operation mechanism in line with the law of growth of sports talents and the development requirements of modern society.Suggestions: (1) The training model of the combination of sports and education should focus our 9-year compulsory education to strengthen the qualified adolescent athletes, and the guidelines should be:basic at education, make training for central task, and let science precursor. (2) Learn from the successful experiences abroad and perfect the"Combination of Sports and Education"training mode.(3) Complete echelon constructs, enrich the connotation of the combination of sports and education, construct a healthy environment for the combination of sports and education.(4) Utilize the market operation mechanism, and expand channels of funding sources. Establish and improve laws and regulations to protect the"Combination of Sports and Education"in the implementation of nine-year compulsory education stage.
