The human body will lead to iron-deficiency anemia under the condition oflong time and high-intensity exercise, This study is mainly through supplementferrous sulfate to the rats of iron-deficiency anemia. Applied theory and method ofsports biochemistry and cell biology to find the differences of mitochondrial enzymecomplex'activity and oxygen free radicals content in the rats'myocardium,and todiscuss the Mechanism of the added ferrous sulfate has positive influence on cardiacmetabolism of the big rat, so as to provide the basis for this statement and the basicinformation for scientific research further.Experiment methodsSelect 60 male healthy Wistar rats , Body weight about 100±10g .After thesuccess in the modeling of all rats were randomly divided into following groups:Control group(C,=10), Low-dose iron+training (S,=10),Medium-dose iron + training(M,=10),High-dose iron + training (L,=10), training (T,=10).The Iron groups are fed daily with added ferrous sulfate solution. Dose: Thegroups of S 28.85mg/kg·bw every day,The groups of M 57.7mg/kg·bw every day,The groups of L115.4mg/kg·bw.every day. Exercise group and iron + exercise rats dorunning with progressive load training for 8 weeks, Training six days a week, SundayClosed. Animal treadmill gradient of 0 degrees, treadmill speed of 30 m / min. rats inthe first 4 weeks of exercise training during model building scheme of arrangement as:1 time training for two weeks before the rest of the time sooner or later each one timeper day. 1st training time for 5min, after 2 min / times and acceleration increments,the final training time for 75min; After four weeks of training when the ironsupplementation scheme of arrangement: Twice a day (twice the training time thesame), the former two weeks, respectively 80 min / times and 85 min / times,followed by two weeks in order to 90min / time as a starting point, 2 min / d toincrease. after 8 weeks training ,all animals have a rest Saturday after a 24hexhaustive treadmill exercise were killed immediately after anesthesia. Rats in eachgroup were measured body weight, hemoglobin concentration, mitochondrial respiratory chain enzyme activities, superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA), glutathione peroxidase ( GSH-PX) different variations of indicators.ResultResults1,Ferrous sulfate added weight of rats in each group were significantly increasedgrowth compared with exercise group (T)(P﹤0.01),and group (S) and (M) are notsignificantly compared with quiet control group (C).2,After the movement of ferrous sulfate added rat's serum iron concentrationwas significantly higher than exercise group (T)(P﹤0.01).3,Low-dose of iron group (S) and the Medium dose of iron supplements group(M) of cardiac respiratory chain enzyme complex activity are increased significantlycompared with quiet control group (C)(P﹤0.01). and high-dose of iron group (L)have no significant difference; exercise group (T) showed decreased of respiratorychain enzyme complex activity with quiet control group (C) (P <0.05) .4,Low-dose of iron group (S) and the Medium dose of iron supplements group(M) of cardiac tissue MDA content was significantly lower than quiet control group(C) (P <0.01), SOD activity was significantly increased (P <0.01) andGSH-PXactivity increased significantly than quiet control group (C) (P <0.01). high-dose ofiron group (L) MDA content was significantly lower than quiet control group (C) (P<0.01), GSH-PX activity increased significantly (P <0.01), SOD activity was notsignificantly different. Exercise group (T) SOD activity decreased with quiet controlgroup (C) (P <0.01), MDA content and GSH-PX activity was not significantlydifferent.Conclusion1,High-intensity, long term treadmill training will lead to increased body weightof rats decreased significantly add ferrous sulfate can not increase the movement rateof weight in rats.2,Over the long-term exercise training and high-dose iron supplementation intraining may even reduce the cardiac respiratory chain enzyme activity, and low doseand the Medium dose of iron supplementation in exercise can promote by increasedactivity on myocardial respiratory chain。 3,After four weeks of ferrous sulfate added, so that high-intensity exercise ofanemia in rats significantly reduced MDA levels, free radical scavenging significantlyincrease rapidly, but the impact of the different effects of different doses, low -dosesand the Medium- dose effect of iron supplementation is superior to high-dose iron.
