After the implementation of the new rules in badminton, a set of leading accumulated before vanished, while the contingency and unpredictability of race increased significantly. Therefore, the study on the Women's Doubles batting techniques under the new system has important practical significance for Badminton coaches on how to better guide the training and important theoretical guidance on actively exploring the effective means of victory in Badminton Women's Doubles.This statistical study mainly focus on the top of the women's doubles players serving placement and the serving technique by means of video observation, expert interview and other methods, attempting to form a set of theoretical mechanism analysis system, and providing a more profound theoretical guidance for the plight of badminton competition in the future.It can be safely concluded that: there is no significant difference between Chinese and foreign women players except that Chinese women's doubles players have fewer serving placement changes. In China women players tend to adopt the active techniques more frequently in serving and receiving as well as handing the third pat, which is the opposite to the foreign players. Although the frequency of ball hit is similar for both sides, the killing and picking technique is quite different. Due to the more use of killing technique, Chinese players are prone to be more fatigue than the foreign players. The period with 6 to 12 pats stands great chance to decide the winner. Therefore, it has become a trend for today's Badminton Women's Doubles players to use more pats. It is often the case that the Chinese women's doubles players have stronger sense of "forward, high point, get started," than their counterparts in the foreign nations, however, the ability of promptly changing their tactics is poorer.Based on the above conclusions, the following suggestions can be proposed: Women's doubles players strengthen the serving quality, pay attention to the front and back field as well as the inside and outside area. The receiver must strive to strike first to gain the initiative employing the proactive batting techniques. The players should find the opponents'rules with their own serving improved and start early to take the initiative in the third pat. During the match, the players must make the most use of the active and passive attack and better their stroke quality.
