Cultural Constriction Of College Dormitory

This paper studies the cultural construction of College dormitory, in perspective of college political and ideological education, aiming to improve the ideological education environment, strengthen the college political and ideological education. Firstly it discusses the definition of the college campus culture and analyzes its implication, characteristics and function, and points out that college campus culture is subculture of the environment culture, conduction culture, system culture and spiritual culture. Its major resources of the cultural construction of college dormitory are campus main-stream culture and subculture, youth culture, social culture and family culture, In content, it is the non-main-stream consciousness and conduction. In ideology, it is the departure from the campus main-stream culture. In form, it is the characteristic showing of social culture and campus culture. It functions in imperceptible way. Secondly, The paper illustrates the function of the college dormitory culture in college ideological education. It argues the college dormitory culture has the preliminary functions of value guide, developing inflect, cultivating personality and normalizing conduction, improving the ability of self-management, edifying the students' aesthetic interest. Thirdly, it analyzes influences of China' s high education system and logistics socialization on college dormitory cultural construction. Finally, It puts forward the importance and necessity of college dormitory cultural construction. The college dormitory cultural construction must follow the scientific principles of orientation, systematization. We must refresh leaders' idea, establish work system, strengthen the wholenessof construction and emphasize the spiritual content. We must make appropriate rules and normalize students' conduction. We must organize key team and play the subjective role. We must stress on the further research and improve the management measures. The paper holds that the cultural construction of college dormitory is a long-term systematic project.
