Analysis Of Current Situation Of Literature Teaching In Highs School And Research Of Sturategies

This thesis is composed of three parts.Part One analyzes the relationship between literature teaching and article teaching in Chinese teaching, and points out their own characteristics. In the Chinese teaching system, both of them have the independent position as the writing teaching and oral teaching do. There fore, teachers should not make the colorful and thoughtful literature class dull and meaningless.Additionally, the thesis finds out the advantage and disadvantage of literature teaching from its historical evolution in recent fifty years. In terms of it, the thesis points out that literature-teaching has an outstanding feature of " appreciation " in the new century that means literature appreciation teaching becomes more and more important. It is integrated with writing teaching and oral teaching.Part Two provides an analysis of current situation of literature teaching in High Schools by investigating in six schools. From the investigation, the thesis gets some facts: on one hand, students have poor reading, and have passive attitude in literature study, on the other hand, more ways of reading for students become possible, Such as electronic reading. Furthermore, the thesis gives thereasons from three perspective-the influence of social environment, lack of teachers' literal quality, the need of improvement in Chinese course setting-up and study method of literature.Part Three explores the possible way to improve the students' ability in literature study. With raising their own literal quality, teachers should give a well guide in studying literature, and students should do a lot of reading and writing. Therefore, it becomes possible that students are able to appreciate actively in literature study. By these ways, the students' ability of imagination, appreciation and creativity will be improved efficiently.
