Sports training speciality in P. E institutes in China, whose standard goal is the education of coach, from 1957, has a history of more than 40 years. During the course of the development of sports training speciality, curriculum development as its substantiality, which should be an important question for discussion in theoretical research and practical fields, is yet not paid much attention and is researched little. To set out a new question for discussion, the process, which is based on the history, weakness, and intending reformation, must be gone through. In this paper, documents, comparison and mathematical statistical findings are applied. On the basis that the history of curriculum development of sports training speciality is reviewed, its status quo is analyzed and its desiderate solved questions is discussed, the author puts forward a integrating train of thought to bring into adding and contextual function that changes the weak state of curriculum development and pushes the reformation of sports training speciality .The paper includes six parts: The first part is the preface of paper. The second part is lengthways research after the curriculum development of sports training speciality, it mainly includes the partition of its historical stage , the analysis of its characters as a whole, the summarization of its primary problems, and the discussion of reasons that lead to the problems. The third part is the analysis of status quo of curriculum development of sports training speciality. The fourth part is the discussion of some urgently resolved questions of curriculum development of sports training speciality. The fifth part is the integration of curriculum development of sports training speciality, it mainly includes: (1) its directive ideas is integrated to persistin the principle of the unity of sanction and agility; (2) its all restricted factors are integrated;(3) its all taches are integrated, which include the affirmation of educational goals and curricular goals of sports training speciality, the choice and organization of curricular content, curricular practice, curricular estimation, and the establishment of main body of curriculum development. The sixth part is the summarization of this paper.
