Study On The Systen Of Teaching Content Of BasicFootball Couse About PE Major

The curriculum provision in China higher physical education has been formed after experiencing four reforms. With the reforms of curriculum in fundamental education among the elementary school and middle school, the higher physical education should accordingly reform its curriculum as it shoulders the responsibility to cultivate the PE teachers for middle schools. The football as one of the essential courses of the PE major in higher education is necessary for would-be middle school PE teachers. With the reforms of courses, the numbers of academic courses increases while that of the technical courses decreases. But the main problem hasn't been solved which emphasizes on the system of curriculum and the integrity of the teaching content. On the basis of the requirements of the basic education curriculum reform, quality education, and innovation education, this dissertation does some research about the football course of PE major. This dissertation bases on philosophy, psychology, sociology, the study of talented persons, the study of PE talented persons, the study of sports and training and applies the method of documents and materials, interviewing method, investigating method, systematic and scientific method, logic method and mathematic statistic method. It analyses its curriculum goal, makes sure of its main teaching content, arranges the teaching schedule in order to offer some inspiration and revelation to our teaching reform researchers. According to the investigation of the experts, this dissertation makes sure about the difficulty and importance of the football course and analyses the arrangement of the teaching schedule and teaching content.Results show: 1. The book, the guidance on teaching 9 main courses of PE in the higher education, plays an important role in teaching the football course. But with the development of the reform it has the tendency that emphasizes excessively on the integrity of the courses. 2. The football techniques, the football games, the teaching method in middle school and controlling the ball are of the importance in the essential football course of PE major. 3. The abilities of teaching in class and guiding after school are the essential for 21st century's middle school PE teachers. 4. In the teaching process, the PE teachersshould identify the students' interests first, develop the students' ability as the main task, and cultivate the qualified middle school PE workers as the main target.Based on the results, this dissertation makes the practice the main part of the essential football course for the PE major students and the theory analysis, football games and teaching method the supplements in order to re-arrange the football teaching schedule.The essential football course for PE major considers the student's interests about the football game for the first, recognizes the students' major role, properly trains the students, combines the theory and the practice, uses multiple teaching methods, encourage the self-teaching method and stresses that the student's ability is one of the main tasks.In teaching process of the essential football course, this dissertation asks the teachers to follow such teaching sequence of striking the ball with the inside of the foot, receiving the ball with the inside of the foot, dribbling with the center of the instep, dribbling with the inside of the instep, passing, striking the ball with the inside of the instep, striking with the center of the instep and heading the ball with the flat frontal part of the forehead. This dissertation concentrates on learning the basic theory, basic techniques and tactics by practicing in various football games.
