With the coming of information society, the informationalization of education becomes an unchangeable tendency. Under the current educational system and practical situation of our country, teachers in primary and secondary schools mostly come from the graduates of teachers' college, therefore, it is of great importance of promoting the development of education informationalization in primary and secondary schools to develop the construction of that of teachers' college. Modern education technique should be got a widespread attention In December 2002; Education Department brought forth the requirement that modern education technique is a compulsory course in teachers' colleges. Modern education technique is the theories and practices of improving teaching and studying by the use of modern education theories and modern information technique and by the means of designing, developing, using and managing the process of teaching and studying and educational resource. The lesson has brought forth the major problems existing in present modern education technique course by the means of material checking, group discussion, questionnaire and lecture attending: teachers' lag of modern education concept, unsuitability of teaching material against the time development requirement, too much dependence on the multimedia system, low quality of teaching courseware and experiment condition, ambiguity of study aim and the cold relationship of teachers and students. According to the above problems, countermeasures and suggestions are brought forth on the base of thinking and analyzing practically: to promote the aim construction of modern education technique course; to enhance the quality of teachers of this course; to change the method of teaching and studying and to enrich the class; to increase teachers' and students' enthusiasm by the use of reasonable evaluation system; to improve the experiment condition and items; to catch up with the time development by increasing the percentage of information technique in modern education technique.
