A Study Of The Pluralism Of Colleges And Universities Financing In China

The high educational development of our country is very fast after reform and opening-up, a large amount of fund that the government invested is the main reason which maintain its high-speed development. But education funds in short contradiction conspicuous day by day seriously with of our country higher education development of undertaking, the government is unable to maintain the institution's of higher learning own construction and development while allocating funds, therefore, financing channel pluralism production.To research and analyse the current situation and question of university's financing channel of our country at present, The capital source to expanding running a school of the research results that to alleviate the fund tensly, and it is significant to quicken the development of high educational.This text is divided into six chapters altogether. Chapter one introduces the basic theory about financing of colleges and universities, recommending financial allocations, tuition fee to collect separately and other financing channels, involve accurate public product , cost share principle , interests obtain principle ,etc. Chapter two introduces a foreign financing situation of colleges and universities, and U.S.A., Korea S. , India as the research object mainly is choosen. Chapter three introduces the history of university's financing channel of our country and current situation, with studying its history changes with dividing time into three stages: 1980 before, 1980 to 1998, 1998 after; While studying its current situation and question, divides the financing channel of the university at present into three great one, and analyse it. Chapter four analyse for the real example of the financing channel of institution of higher learning of our country, in order to verify the analysis to university's financing channel state of our country of preceding paragraphs. Chapter five Accelerate the innovative train of thought in pluralism of university's financing channel of our country. Chapter six is the analysis of combining several chapters of front, provides some policy recommendations.
