Teacher professionalization and Teacher Education Reform are the trend and the goal of the world teacher education development, also the orientation of our country's teacher education reform. Teacher professionalization are made of the teachers group professionalization and the teacher individual professionalization. The teachers group professionalization is the stage of teacher profession fitting it's professional criterion step by step, becoming a specialized vocation, and rising the status and salary level and professional autonomy of it's remember on the whole by it's development. This is the orientation of the improvement of teacher's social status and economic status, pushing teacher profession to fit professional standards and become a specialized vocation. The teacher individual professionalization is the course of teacher individual often studying special theory knowledge, exercising technical ability, rising special attainment, inspiring professional development, and become a professional man from a nonprofessional man. This article mainly probes and studies our country's teacher education reform in midst 1990s' from the point of the view of teacher professionalization. The author hopes this research will promote our country's teacher professionalization development.This article consists of five sections as following: The preface introduces the main problems and ways of this article discussing and using The definition of teacher professionalization mainly introduces these definitions of vocation, profession, professionalization, teacher professionalization and the standards and the attribution of teacher profession. In this article, the author studies the history of teacher education in our Country by the methods of historical development, analyzes the teacher education in ancient times, the founded of teacher education system of modern times and the character of the development and problems of teacher education after 1949.In the end, this article analyzes the aims and the reasons of the teacher education reform in the midst and the end of 1990s', introduces the importance contents of China's teacher education reform, points out some problems in it and advances some suggestions.
