With the movement of teachers' professional, teachers' professional development becomes an important field of teacher research. There are some phases in the course of teachers' professional development. Within studies on teachers' professional development, people pay more and more attention to novice-to -expert teacher, they compare novice teacher with expert ones, try to figure out the elements that make them different. Nevertheless, most of the studies focus on aspects of teachers' cognition and skill, lacking systematic study on teachers' emotion. Even if there are some studies on this aspect , they are not practical enough. Therefore, this paper put forwards a new teachers' emotion structure which includes the dimensions of teachers' sense of teaching efficacy, commitment to teaching, job burnout, subjective well-being in their ordinary life and their sense of social support; and by the aid of this structure and combining previous studies in this field, it analyzes teachers' emotional characteristics in various phases from the above dimensions. To conclude it theoretically puts forward some proposals in teacher research, teacher education and the construction of environment in favor of teachers' professional development.
