Blended learning is a learning mode for achieving learning goal and enhancing learning quality and program, with mix advantages of e-learning and traditional learning, choose deliver mode based on learning content and learner's require and teacher's condition. Be an idea, blended learning guide practices for many people mixed information technology at tradition learning. In world, blended learning mainly applies to distance education and train in corporation and government. In China, there are few researches in practice on blended learning in university and college, except some social train organization.These task researches the process for apply blended learning to university by liberate action research main and literature research secondary. Through research, it show that a university teacher how to study problem in teaching, and how to mixed some e-learning component at traditional teaching, finally promoted the reformation of the teaching construction, and become the orientation own blended learning model. Theory and method of Instructional design include process. The research process includes three stages. The research object is modern educational technology that I have taught in Elementary Education College of Capital Normal University for three years. Every research stage, by conversation, questionnaire, collecting material from network, then analyzes, the result is base of the next stage that problem define and plan and task. In the end, it discuss that necessary for blended learning applying to university teaching and learning, also discuss general model of blended learning design in university, and give some advice on blended learning in traditional university teaching.
