In recent years, the development of master of our country graduate education is very fast, by increasing progressively 20-30% of the tempo to expand every year. Graduate education enrollment scale hypernormal development, degree type, channel of majoring in train mode also day by day under the diversified situation in master, without controlling and guaranteeing on quality, will influence the Master degree candidate's own sustainable development of our country seriously. For this reason , set up Master degree candidate quality of education security system, to promote of our country master normal development and to raise continuously quality of graduate education, have very important meanings. Appraisal is an important means to ensure quality, proceed from angle of quality evaluation, ensure exploring an effective way for the quality of education of Master degree candidate of our country, no matter in the theory or practice value , have positive facilitation. In theory , regard Master degree candidate's quality of education as the target , proceed from basic theories appraised , structure master's graduate education quality evaluation system, on one hand can enrich and develop Master degree candidate's education theory , can even do the further discussion to education appraisal on the other hand. Look from the respect of practising, set up science , high-efficient master's graduate education quality evaluation system, is it is it have to our country high initiative spirit and than strong high-level talent of innovation ability to meet the needs of era to train, promote the development in such respects as the science and technology , social economy , culture of our country ,etc, make our country occupy one seat have important meaning very among 21st century global competition.Problem of graduate education quality evaluation of master of our country of main research of this text, divide five chapters altogether. Chapter one, sum up meaning , research current situation and several concepts needing to differentiate and analyse of setting forth one's views; Chapter two, have narrated domestic and international relevant situations of setting forth one's views and studying; Chapter three is it expound the fact of our country Master degree candidate evaluation criterion of quality of education and confirm the basis and training the characteristic of the course to analyse; Chapter four is it expound the fact of our country master index intension , meaning and technological characteristic of system , graduate education of quality evaluation to analyse, combine the concrete speciality and put forward the system case of the index and carry on essential analysis; Chapter five, analyse and describe the construction of the operation mode and mechanism appraised.
