Public relations have a long history as one kind of social phenomenon following the human being society. However, as one kind of theory or a branch of learning, it's just for decades in china because the development of market economy, democratic politics and technology of transmission. As one kind of special management technology, public relations have given full scope to economic field in early years. It is having relations with more and more social organizations with the development of society, including schools.After public relation theories transmitting to China, the practice and theories of school public relations have make rapid progress and got great results. However, many different problems are hard to avoid at the same time. Such as using the theories of western developed country indiscriminately, copying the experience of enterprises, don't having a clear-cut idea about the main interest relationships, and during the course of management, either formalism programming or starting from spontaneous ness. On the basis of all these facts, I try to bring forward a theory model of school public relations management.In the chapter one, the author given an account of the selected topic's background, the produce of the question ,and the necessity and limits of the school public relations management. So bring forward the gradient model of school public relations management.In the chapter two, the author introduced the basic theory of the gradient model of school public relations management. It Include the analysis of the basic concept and the theoretical source of the gradient model of school public relations management.Chapter three is the article's main part, namely, the construction of the gradient model of school public relations management. There are four aspects in this part; they are the layer gradient of objectives, the participation gradient of staff, the interests' gradient of the public and the multilayer gradient of leadership.
