Research On Deng Xiao-Ping Talent's Team Construction Theory

Deng Xiao-ping Talent's Team Construction Theory (the theory) is important part of Deng Xiao-ping Theory. To study this theoretical system will benefit to understand and grasp completely and accurately the spiritual essence of this scientific theory, to exert it on directing our practice of the new stage in the new century more consciously . Therefore, this thesis attempts to do an overall and more systematic discussion about the theory.The thesis consists of three parts:Part one analysizes concentratively scientific bases on which the theory produces, which include the theoretical derivation, the directive source , the historical basis , the realistic foundation and the era base , etc..Part two reaches a conclusion that Deng Xiao-ping Talent's Team Construction Theory is a systematic and tight scientific system by summing up to not only its main contents and main characteristics but also its great influence over talent's team construction which produces in the new period since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Party Central Committee in our country .Part three expounds its contemporary value emphatically. On the basis of analysizingin depth talent's team's existing problem and challenge which our country face in the newstage in the new century, the thesis proposes that we should take the theory as guidanceso as to implement the strategy of reinvigorating China and to speed up talent's teamconstruction in the new century.
