Since 2003 the social conflicts, among which the contradictions in housebreaking and migration are the most serious, develop more and more severely and even measure for measure. In such a social background, one of the most important issues in China's reformation in 2004 is to build up a harmonious society, which is proposed in the Fourth Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party. In the past twenty years the essential balancing institutions of interest in market economy have not been established yet, though the fundamental framework of market economy are founded. Consequently, the research of the behaviors and game rules between two interest groups in housebreaking will be theoretically and practically significant on such occasions.First, the thesis is devoted to the discussion of the backgrounds and the various viewpoints in the concerned disciplines. In the practices of housebreaking and the aftercare of the farmers, they are basically feeble and passive, and the problems of housebreaking in constructing the city have evolved to be a major social conflict, which are taken seriously in law. They discuss the definition of different interests, the distribution of power and rights, and the establishment of intuitions. Though economics is concerned with the game theory, and politics with the relationships between power and right, sociology focuses on the acts of enclosing land which violates farmers' rights and the consequent social conflicts, the interaction between farmers' daily life and national power, and the ways of expression of interest groups in housebreaking.Secondly, the theoretical framework and outline are explicated. The main theories concerned with practical sociology and social behaviors of rational selection of which Webber and Coleman's theory is described in detail, areexplained and notions are discriminated. Coleman believes that in sociological studies, human reason lies in the observance of social rules, which define what are the decent and correct behaviors, and that persons who create and maintain the rules argue that the ones who abide the rules will benefit, while the ones against them will be punished. Interest lies in rules. Webber asserts that one's behavior is socialized when he considers others' behaviors and corrects his own, and that one becomes rational when he takes efforts to achieve peculiar targets by basing on the actual situations and choosing the suitable way.Afterwards, the practical sociology, especially Buddier's field theory and Giddens' structure theory are introduced to discuss the dialectic relationships between social structure and individual behavior. Buddier claims that each field contains its independent axiology and game rules, and actor in it has no choice but to accept the judgment and rules and internalize them into his disposition and inclination, which forms individual's habitual behaviors. He also says that each actor does not merely adapt themselves to the field, but to occupy a certain position and fight each other for the resources, which changes or maintains the rules at the same time. Giddens thinks that one's intentional behavior is the speculative modulation of behavior, which exists in behavior and programs behavior itself. Actor's intentional behavior results possibly in the unexpected or unpredicted consequences that condition unconsciously the following behaviors in the reversed way. This is the way that the actual institutions form. Giddens also believes that structure could be defined as the rules and resources used by actors who strides over the interaction of time and space. It is with the rules and resources that actors maintain and reproduce structure. He assures that resources and rules are transferable and agential, and structure is characteristically two-tier and is one part of behavior. Practical sociology changes one's idea of society and the individual: the individual is not completely passive though he is confined in the society and society exists in individual behaviors. Therefore, social structure is the premise and as wellthe result of individual behavior, while the individual is restricted in and changes social structure. The approaches of this thesis are the analyses of social events in situational reason context, stressing the formation of the resources and rules in housebreaking groups, attempt to combine organically the macroscopical with the microcosmic, and the subjective with the objective through empirical studies, and stress the individual sensation and selection in the analysis of behavior, and the influences of resources and rules in the sensation and selection. The main strategies and logics of games in both sides are analyzed based on the game pattern. A colorful picture with various information and orders, among which are the rural traditions of generations, ideas and institutions from old times, and the impacts brought by the market economy, is embodied in the game strategies of both sides. All the factors intervened with actor's various life experiences condition the ways of various behaviors. In my opinion, the target of both sides of game is to attain the most interest determined by the jetton they have. The word "jetton" means the advantageous factors, including personal conditions as knowledge structure, cognitive differences, and characters and habits, and one's abilities to organize social resources, for one to solve problems. The last point is that the non-zero-sum result in the housebreaking comes from the formation of impartial and canonical mechanism of dialogue, which provides the weaker side the unblocked and suitable channel to argue for their interest, when one side in the game becomes disadvantageous. The administration should participate cautiously in the housebreaking, and the both sides of game should stand equitably. The impartial result of game comes from the perfect institutions, which involve not only the political system, but also the material conditions and their interaction. Among all the jetton, the attitudes and the measures of the governments are the most determinative, as the administration supported by a state has overwhelming advantage over individual being. Consequently,...
