The evaluation of the Paper of the National Entrance Examination is one aspect of educational evaluation. It is the process of serial value judgment. In the course, the paper is measured objectively, analyzed and diagnosed. It will be given a comprehensive judgment and guiding suggestions. All are based on certain theories and methods. The purpose is to test various indexes to see whether they have achieved expected purpose. Meanwhile, it tests the requirement of syllabus carried out and the situation of quality education in the middle school. What's more, it is a way to judge whether the direction of the National Entrance Examination is right and reasonable. To judge examination paper is a complex process of multi-factors, multi-index and multi-objective. Taking the mathematics paper for example, the essay creates the index system of paper judgment and the standard of judgment grade. It defines weight of all factors of the index system. It combines the education measure with fuzzy mathematics knowledge, gives approach of index data of degree of difficulty, differential degree and degree of reliability. With the help of fuzzy mathematic knowledge, it carries on a multi-factor and multi-hierarchy fuzzy comprehensive judgment on the mathematics paper of the National Entrance Examination. It provides a quantitative method for the evaluation of mathematics paper. This method will make the judgment of the paper more scientific, more reasonable and objective.
