This study measured the influences of college students' career maturity from career college students general status in quo, demology variables, self-identity, career self-effic -acy to enrich researches of career development and help enhance the pertinency of the psychological assistance for college students, using measurements of self-identity by Jia Teng Hou, measuring scale of career self-identity and maturity degree, which is of high validity and reliability.Measuring scale of career self-identity is made up of consciousness of difficulty, confidence degree, the efficacy of overcoming blocks, the anticipation for the results. And measuring scale of career maturity degree is made up of career feeling/perception, career faith/goal, career exploration/search, and career plans/planning.The result shows that: the level for college students' career development is not very high, is still in the process of exploration for the career development, with reliable faith. But it is lack of plans for career and complete, proper plans for career, and the feeling forit is somewhat negative and confused. The students with different demological characteristics is different in career maturity. Different levels for self-identity and career self-efficacy have different influences on college students' career maturity and others. Self-identity can influence career maturity by career self-efficacy,and demology variables can influence career maturity and others indirectly by career self-efficacy and self-identit -y or influence it directly.
