A Study On The Construction Of University Campus Culture

The campus culture is one of the indispensable parts of the academic education, is college sediment or creative profound culture details, and it is an effective way to improve the various qualities of the students. Good environment of campus culture is the sunshine, air and soil for the formation of ideal personality for both the teachers and students. It plays a decisive role in the ideological and political education. The university campus culture plays more and more important role in the mind and morals of the students as well as forming their personality. Especially, the construction of excellent campus culture already became a hot issue in the moral education and research among the relevant workers. However, with the continuous development of socialist market economy and the deeper reform of superior educational system in China, some problems appeared during the construction of university campus culture. How to strengthen the construction of university campus culture and how to optimize the environment of moral education is a serious issue that the moral educational workers face.This study bases on the theories of ideological and political education, and starts from the aspects of strengthening the moral educational work to the university students and improving the high quality of the socialist qualified constructers and successors, systematically discusses about the construction of university campus culture. Starts from the definition of the campus culture, this thesis tentatively summarize and analyze the definition, characteristics and functions of the campus culture. It pointed out the main problems that exist during the construction of university campus culture and the fundamental principles to be followed for the construction of modern campus culture. It generally summarized and stated the main contents and methods that are to be solidified and extended during the construction. Therefore, this study provides an important theoretical reference for further development of the construction of university campus culture and the improvement of actual effects of the moral educational work. Definitely, it has significances in the aspects of both reality and practice.
