Higher vocational education has already become an important part of higher education in our country , so valuing the research on students' moral education in vocational college is not only the demand to successfully meet the talent's training objective, but also the social demand for the talent from graduates, grasping their moral education's characteristics in goal , principle and method correctly, probing into their existing problems and reasons and studying countermeasures to improve and strengthen their students' moral education have undoubtedly important theoretic and practical meaning in doing the moral educational work well.This article starts with the definition of the higher vocational student's moral education intension , contrasts its characteristics to ordinary school's and makes the relative characteristic clear. Then , from the relative characteristic angle , the article analyzes the current problems in student's moral characteristic and educational work. These questions are: inaccuracy and deviation in moral goal and function; little attention paid to personal value judge and inherent development;. University students are lack of sincerity; ignoring the succession and development of our outstanding traditional culture , tending to accept outside culture completely ;there is not enough deepening on moral work that does not stand up hard ,and there is no strong substantial result that doesn't stand up really. All these have resulted contradiction between the traditional mode of "moral big unification " and individual adaptability .Then, the article puts forward the countermeasure that should be adopted on this basis, namely hold the goal orientation and function definition of moral education correctly, update the conventional idea, guide actively, train the university students' overall qualities to adapt modern society, explore the effective way to lead the moral idea to practice, seek organic integration between traditional moral and reality, through setting up divided-layer moral goal to teach student how to choose to improve their individual adaptability.
