The Study Of Laid-off Female's Community Re-employment In Fuzhou Urban District

Based on the stern of the female employment in the social reforming time and the deficiency research to the community-aided re-employment of the laid-off female as well as the author's interest, this article uses the research technique which the literature investigation, the questionnaire survey and statistics method unifies, conducting the research to the community-aided re-employment of the laid-off female in Fuzhou urban district . We hope to have a quite accurate assurance to this condition through this research and make up the insufficiency of research to the community-aided re-employment of the laid-off female through the real diagnosis research. At last, we would like to propose some countermeasures and the suggestion to solve the problem of the employment of the laid-off female. The literature investigation indicated that, along with the arrival of social reforming time, the female is facing the unprecedented opportunity in the employment aspect. But because of the influence of the physiology, the psychology, the historical factor and the detachment condition , the female still has many disadvantages and easy to be discriminated in the employment comparing to the male. Therefore, the feminine employment problem is quite stern. But in community, the condition is actually just the opposite. The female has the superiority in the community-aided employment and are easier to obtain the approval which the male is unable to surpass. Actually, the female also easily realizes the employment in the community or gets employed again comparing to the male. The investigation data indicated that, the female can easily realizes the employment in the community and the community is a best domain to resolve the re-employment problem of the laid-off female. So no matter feminine individual or the government and the society from all walks of life, all should give the enormous attention to the community-aided employment and firmly holds the opportunity and bravely meets the challenge to completes the work of feminine community employment . So far, there is no so much research to the community-aided employment of the laid-off workers. And specially to the female, it's blank. The data which was gathered through the real diagnosis research and the conclusion we drew is persuasive in the certain degree .This research also has the model significance and provide some policy suggestions for the government to resolve the problem of laid-off workers' re-employment .
