Research Of The Enterprise Education Mode For The University Students

Enterprise education is a kind of new education theory, which was put forward, by thewestern countries in the later stage of the seventies of the 20th century. It cultivates the startingtype talent who has the characters of undertaking consciousness, enterprising spirit andundertaking ability as the goal. Strengthening university students' enterprise education,cultivating the starting type talent who has the characters of undertaking consciousness,enterprising spirit and undertaking ability are the new demand for education in the era ofknowledge-driven economy. In the severe employment situation day by day for universitystudents, carrying out enterprise education has a realistic and far-reaching meaning.During the process of researching, the thesis mainly adopts bibliographic research,theoretical analysis, compatible absorption and other specific researching methods. By takingthe way of rational thinking, from analysis to integration, from specification to abstractness,the level of rational cognition of implication, goal, content, feature, function, mode andspecific practice of college students' enterprise education was gradually developed.This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction. With the starting pointof age and social background when the enterprise education was put forward and on the basisof proposing the concept of enterprise education, it briefly accounts the basic developmentalprocess of enterprise education as a new educational idea and mode. Besides, it describes thebasic situation of the development of enterprise education nowadays in our country. Then itproposes that to carry out enterprise education, it's essential to strengthen the study of thetheory of enterprise education for instructing it. The second part, the analysis of the concept ofstarting undertakings and enterprise education starting, defines the implication, goal, content,feature and function of enterprise education starting with the analysis of the concept ofstarting undertakings. The third part, the investigation and analysis of current situation ofstarting undertakings and enterprise education, pays much attention to analyzing gains andlosses of university students' enterprise activities and the problems existing in thedevelopment of enterprise education on the basis of the investigation of current situation ofcollege students' enterprise activities and the development of enterprise education. Thus itclarifies the status and function of enterprise education in the reform of advanced education.The fourth part is the mode of enterprise education, which is the key part of this thesis. Itproposes some suggestions about how to establish the mode of enterprise education, puttingforward the effective way and approach of carrying out enterprise education, providing newideas for universities in our country carrying out enterprise education.
