Teaching activity is not only a process of conveying knowledge ,but also a process of cultivating students'healthy emotion and sound quality. These two processes supplement and complement each other. Teachers' affinity is the core of the two processes. I can feel it in the teaching practice that although many teachers have a better understanding of their major knowledge and can give a better teaching which can be shown in the prizes they get in the teaching competitions, they can not be well received by the students and their teaching results are not as good as expected. After observing them deeply, I can find that their characters are not balanced. On one hand, they are careful and precise in work, on the other hand, they are inflexible and can not understand the students deeply. Therefore, on the basis of research and conclusion in the teaching, I carefully studied some theories about education and psychology, studying the influence of teachers' affinity on students' sound quality. Meanwhile, nowadays the evaluation to the teachers is emphasized on every teaching step and students' scores, but ignore the influence of the affinity. This paper bases on the theoretical achievement of psychology, aiming at the research of the teachers' affinity and its influence There are four parts. The first part is the definition of the teachers' affinity. The second part deals with the researches of the teachers' affinity at home and abroad. The third part is the investigation and analysis of the teachers' affinity in senior middle schools of Dalian City. The last part is the combination of psychological theory and research , conclusion and analysis.
