The problem of inferior students is one that should be settled for modern education accustomed to the development of modern society. Although sports inferior students, who only belong to comparatively minorities, are omnipresent among middle school students, they can result in low sores in P.E and furthermore lead to lack of interest in P.E owing to physical and psychological causes. On the flip side, it affects their learning initiative and so they can't experience enjoyment and fitness from sports learning.Those past researches on educational countermeasures for sports inferior students were all based on technology, interest and motion itself, but ignored emotional factors' effective affection on learning motion and interest. This study put forward effective methods and ways to developing students' learning initiative and P.E scores by analyzing emotional factors' effect in enhancing students' interest in sports learning.The paper which is based mainly on questionnaire combined with interviewing and observing studied 616 grade 2 students in high school, including 63 inferior students. According to this paper, we get the following results.(1) The P.E inferior students are generally uninterested in P.E lessons. The main reasons are as follows: teaching content and methods, teachers' teaching ability, the content and standards of examinations, etc. The P.E inferior students are unwilling and inactive to attend the classes from the inner heart while they sure care about the school activities and just have less enthusiasm than others.(2) During P.E teaching process, the relationship between the excellent students and teachers is harmonious while that between the inferior students and teachers is not so good, even tense.(3) Excellent students feel comparatively enjoyable or completely enjoyable in P.E learning while the inferior students feel mostly common or unenjoyable, in addition, they often have much more inner pressure in learning.(4) Excellent students have much successful experiences during P.E learning while the inferior students have seldom experienced success even none in learning.(5) Students with different degrees tend to choose partners of the same degree to practise. Excellent students always choose those skilled, excellent and ordinary students. Likewiseinferior students tend to choose those unskilled students to practise.
