The employment guidance of students who receive high vocational educationin our country is not only the result of market economy but also the necessity ofthe development of the school-running scale of high vocational education. Atpresent the number of students who are now studying in high vocational schoolshas reached over half of the number of the whole high education. High vocationaleducation contributes a lot to the popularization of high education. But theemployment of graduates of high vocational education happens to be in the keyperiod, which the employment of graduates of high vocational education is evennot as good as the employment of graduates of secondary vocational education.The reason includes the objective cause of difficulty to find a job, also includesthe characteristic of running school. So the importance of employment guidance isprominent.In the world, employment guidance occurs because the intensity ofemployment difficulty and problem of unemployment. Its theory study developsfrom duty mate to career design, its practice always relates to "human" and"society". The employment guidance in China, which began at the beginning of20th century, develops slowly because of foreign thoughts and the development ofeconomic. But in the past twenty years, which the modern high vocationaleducation awoke and developed, employment guidance has achieved great both intheory study and practice, has been institutionalized all the time and has beenrecognized by the government, schools and the society. But the employmentguidance is uneven in different areas and trades. It has many problems, such as,it's not specialized, the fund input is insufficient, the practice education is notenough, etc.Employment is the base of people's life. Talented persons of high vocationaleducation are the important pillars of the rising of economy. According to the realsituation of the employment guidance of students who receive high vocationaleducation in our country, this article proposes its view and thoughts, that is toenhance the theory study of employment guidance, and to guide the employmentthrough all the students' study from every aspect, employment guidance is a newbreakthrough, we should change the " employment burden" to great humanresources.
