Currently, the university employment has become a social concern and the focus of a hot issue. For 10 years higher education has changed from elite education to the popular education. Graduates personnel system, employment environment, employment of graduates, career development, the concept of the graduate employment, the orientation of the career value concept has changed greatly . The original single traditional employment guidance has no community to the high standards of personnel requirements. How to strengthen employment guidance and achieve"full-process","whole-staff","professional"and"informationization "? And how to optimize and innovate the content on employment guidance? We have to highlight the relevance of the study to form a science curriculum system for professional employment guidance.Competency model theory is more advanced in the research field of human resources.It plays a fundamental and decisive role in the selection of outstanding staff, helping and training staff to meet the goal of the organization and achieving it .There are many researches on the anlaysis of the enterprise work, personnel recruitment, personnel evaluation,but few on the employment guidance of colleges and universities,especially of high professional college. This article attempts to recommend the theory of career planning and management,enterprise competent features into the employment guidance curriculum . It establishes a competent identity model according to the characteristics of the student in Jingdezhen Comprehensive College ,using the methods of Documentation and Interviews to improve the overall quality of graduates and the standands of the enterprises demand . It also designs and optimizes the training content of the employment guidance curriculum , and compiles specific and operational teaching outlines and programs of employment guidance curriculum .Through selecting students as an experimental group, organizing and implementing their programmes, and comparing with a general group to assess teacher's teaching effectiveness, I draw some useful conclusions.My article is divided into four parts.Part I : An overview of the documentation. Review of the basic concepts, basic theory and the analysis of research methods to prepare for the subject in theory and ideology .Part II: Construction of a model and some teaching practice. According to Documentation and Interviews ,1 construct the model of competence.lt includes cognitive regulation, vocational awareness, mentality and attitude, service help and social skills which target the content of employment guidance and formulate the curriculum, syllabus and teaching plan with the help of existing means of schools to organize teaching in different ways.Part III: Results and analysis. Through questionnaires, interviews, reports, tests and other teaching ways , I hold a former testing and a latter testing to the pilot group and hold a comparation between the pilot group with a group of the relevant department. Through analysis of the feeling of these two groups and the result of the data comparation . I research the changes with curriculum and then discuss the established model and the teaching harvest .Finally , I give some advice on the employment curriculem in the future.Part IV : Conclusions. It is helpful for our students to carry out the employment guide curriculum according to the model of competence.lt is also important for quality education in colleges and universities.
