In the developing process of educational assessment reform, teacher's evaluation, theimportant part of educational assessment, is exploring a system which is adapt to its owndevelopment. In aspect of state policy, "Notice on the Advancement of Assessment andExaminational System for Junior and Senior School" leads the way of teacher's evaluationsystem. As for the theoretical study, the diversified evaluation concept aimed at promotingteacher's development has been shaped gradually. However, the traditional teacher'sevaluation system which is inflexible and one-track, it still has great impact. Thus, thereform of teacher's evaluation has been severely hindered. Owing to the stagnation ofteacher' evaluation, the teachers' quality, their professional knowledge level and space fordevelopment have been confined and influenced to various extents. Meanwhile, as theobjective of teacher's work, the students' growth has been affected in an indirect way. Thestructuring of diversified teacher's evaluation is no longer to be a theoretical proposition,but an urgent demand for practice.The study is structuring the diversified assessment system for teachers of the juniorand senior school theoretically and practically. Which is on the basis of diversified theory,post-modernism theory, and periodicity theory for professional teacher, and the profoundanalyzing of the major problems and origins lied in assessment system for China's teacher.It is also analyzing the scheme for diversified assessment in terms of reliability and validity.The first part is focusing on the major problems within assessment system forteachers of the junior and senior school by means of survey poll and qualitative interview,investigating how the problem originated, and then finding the starting point.The second part is trying to provide the basic principals and theories for structuringthe diversified assessment system for teachers of the junior and senior school throughunderstanding and mastering the relative theories.The third part is researching and discussing the structuring and content of diversifiedassessment system for teachers by using the method of evidence analysis.The last part intends to clarify the issues that should be concerned in the process ofusing diversified assessment system through analyzing generality and individuality,evaluation both theoretical mastery and practical operation, as well as teacher's right fordiscussion.
