In the 21^st century, higher education of China has realized great strategic changes from its"essence of excellent"to its"popularization". The problem on the employment difficulties of the college graduates becomes the"difficult point"problem and the"hot point"problem of the whole students, their families and the whole society in the 21st century along with the coming educational times of"popularization". Among them, the employment situation for Higher Vocational graduates and Higher Specialty graduates (hereafter referred to as HVG & HSG) becomes very serious.
