| It is a global social problem for teenagers to commit crime in today's world. And middle school student is in a age stage that cannot be ignored when we consider this problem, nowadays, the crime has become a prominent social problem in our country. Applying related knowledge such as sociology, educational management science, educational sociology, and educational Psychology, I have had a objective analysis of the phenomenon in the past five years in Jiangxi Province. Laying the foundation , applying various methods such as date statistics, material research, questionnaire survey, typical case analysis, and interview, through qualitative and quantitative analysis, I not only research into middle school students who commit crime in our country , but also have a synthetical analysis of reasons why they commit crime. Meantime ,I put forward some methods to prevent this phenomenon.At present , the phenomenon has taken on a worse trend : the total number of middle school students who commit crime has increased year by year; furthermore, the rate among teenagers has also rasied year by year. It has certain characteristics concerning the main body, the type, the organization form, the means of crime, and the harm level. There are many reasons such as various harmful social phenomenon, the inadequate education, and unhealthy family education. All these can lead to violate law and commit crime . Therefore, the methods for us to prevent the students form violating law and committing crime should concerning school, family, society, and some other aspects. And school education is extremely important. The following are some efficient methods to prevent middle school students form violating law and committing crime: strengthen school management and student management; reinforce the connection with society; consolidate community education; form education network ; optimize campus environment, and discipline school surroundings.
