Successful management is a necessary condition for the existence and development of schools. In the present, the knowledge economy has become a driving force for the development of the society. How to make the school management meet the social demands has been noticed by the school managers.By the literature respectively ways, action research and comparative analysis, this research point out that the school should be proposed to carry out the knowledge management. The research first discusses the feasibility and necessity of knowledge management in the schools, study the explicit and implicit knowledge, then expounds on the two interrelated faces of the school knowledge management: the one is the personal knowledge management of the teachers, the other is the knowledge of the school. Finally, the research focuses on how school success with the knowledge management practice steps. Those include the improvement of the school managers, the school management restructuring, the teachers' personal knowledge management and school knowledge management, the institutionalized guarantees for the knowledge management. And the purpose of this study is to make full use of their knowledge from the various ways to improve the personal and school's rapid development.
