Under the background of basic education curriculum reformation, this thesis briefly looks back on the development in class instructional mode of human instructional history, explores the urgent need of innovation spirit and talents of knowledge economic era these days. Innovative instructional mode is to put new theories and technologies into instructional system, and focuses on digging and training students'multiple-intelligence in classes, exploring actively that the students are the subjects, and set up the qualification education mode, with autonomous collaborative learning style as the core.Under the web environment, the purpose of teaching is to convert learning style. It emphasize the spirit of active inquire and creative practice, and give the student all life enjoyable knowledge and capabilities, reflect and responded the demand of era to the educational, it is inevitable select of the information era basic education course reformation. The swift development of the web information technology was great influence layers of society, especially in education. It breaks the traditional way that the teacher is the only resource of students enquiring indirect experience.The writer is based on the constructivism theory, Ausubel"learn and teach"theory, multiple-intelligence theory, success intelligence teaching theory etc,discussed the trait of the web environment instructional mode, and the advanctage on teaching applied; discussed the web environment impact to the instructional mode in the teaching object, teaching process, content of course, student's position, teacher role aspect,designed the instructional mode of"teacher predominate-the group cooperative inquire", under web environment senior middle school chemistry classroom, and draws the others instructional to practice, designed the value instructional experiment, The instructional mode displayed huge advanctage in the practice: First, under theweb environment, the interaction between teachers and students, students and students, persons and machines become more abundant, maybe"teaching"as the lord, maybe"learning"as the lord, give prominence to the student's master action, let student participate in the teacher's teaching activity, go on cognition in the activity, develop student's creative power, created the interaction relation between the teacher, student, teaching material; second, let students of different level according to the agent of the oneself, select the study contents of keeping oneself characteristics independently, transfer various intelligence agent well, raise the study efficiency, stir up the study interest; Moreover, the teacher can set free out from the role of the knowledge, changed teach knowledge to study the method; Third, under the web environment, the student can carry on active discover, explore, create relationship between knowledges, favoured the formulating and growths that the student cognizes the structure, and favoured the meaning construction that student learned the knowledge, this is other instructional medias can't compare to it.Certainly, we can't deny, under the web environment instructional mode has the place of the inadequacy, in this kind of mode, because it emphasize the student's learn morely, usually neglecting the teacher's predominant action, neglecting emotion alternating current, and the emotion agents between teachers and students in important action in the learning process. Moreover, because neglecting the teacher's predominance action, when the independent study of student spend freely, still deviate the teaching object. We should value these questions well in the teaching, and study the useful measure actively, and try hard bring the negative impact to the minimum.
