The information age advances higher and newer requests to the education and the talented person. The talented person who has high quality based on information literacy has become the request which proposed by the time to the trained goal. The setting of Elementary and middle school information technology curriculum is the primary way to cultivate the students' information literacy. This article then proposes the dynamic lamination interaction instructional design model of information technology curriculum in junior middle school.The article starts with the actuality , It analyzes the elements of the instructional process, puts forward an instructional design model and applies it in practice. In detail, it includes: firstly, taking the questionnaire survey, interview way, to junior middle school information technology curriculum development situation , the information technology levels of first-grade students (taking all students of grade one, class five of Dalian BoYa middle school in Gan Jingzi area as research objects)are carried on the investigation, the main goal is to see the question essence by penetrating the present situation, to draw out the necessity of adopting teaching on different levels of information technology curriculum instruction in the junior middle school. Secondly, it analyzes the basic theory about this instructional design model. Thirdly, it constructs the dynamic lamination interaction instructional design model of information technology curriculum in the junior middle school, analyzes the elements in detail, and elaborates the questions payed attention to in the application process of this model. Finally, using action research method, I put the model into instructional practice, revise it unceasingly to form the relatively stable model, analyze its application effect and the existing questions, and put forward the prospect and expectation.
