The Research On Employment Guidance Innovation For Graduates

Along with the progress of community and the higher education being more popular, the issue of graduate job placement has drawn increasing attention of the society, while employment guidance strategies are facing great challenge. This paper analyzes the actual employment guidance situation based on theory and experience, and points out a new way for employment guidance combining with DUT's instance.As socialist market system is being built and gradually modified, the reform of the higher education system is also deepened. The shift from extractive stage to popular stage has been basically realized, and the employment system of college students has gradually changed from traditional mode of complete government distribution to two-way choices or free choices style under the guidance of the governmental employment policies. As higher education is still high consumption, the employment issue of undergraduates involves in not only graduates themselves occupational pursuance, but also the hope of family and society. Thereinto, most graduates can correctly grasp employment situations, change their attitudes in the talent markets and initiatively devote themselves to independent job hunting, but still a few graduates have driftlessness and some impractically psychological problems in job-hunting, and the thesis focuses on it.The thesis starts from China's actual conditions and the practice of higher education, draws lessons from the western countries' successful theoretical production on employment guidance, then submits a harmony systemic mode of employment guidance, which faces whole college students and runs through the university stage. Meanwhile, the thesis puts forward innovational theories, "making steady knowledge foundation, orientating employment guidance, choosing appropriate employment direction, and gaining resplendence future", and applies and explores it in practice.Being a part of DUT's employment guidance, the first employment rate of the electrical and electronic department were 100%, on the top for several years. The level of position and the stability of employment enhanced greatly.
