The research about efficient learning' impact factor and inter-procedure is a hot field which educational psychologists are interested in. The theory of achievement goal integrates motivation research and cognition research that were once separate from each other, is now becoming the outstanding representative of social cognitive theory in the field of motivation, and has deepened our understand of learning inter procedure in micro-concept as well. This survey consists of four stages which is item evaluation, pre-testing, test and statistical analysis. The results conducted with from 850 college students are used to describe the internal consistency, stability, and construct validity of the questionnaire. In Study 1, The Achievement Goal Orientation Questionnaire has good construct validility and good reliability. Five sorts of goals were investigated in Questionnaire, including approach-mastery goal , avoidance-mastery goal , approach-performance goal , avoidance-performance goal and social goal orientation. In Study 2, five sorts of goal orientations have significant difference on grades and genders; In the five sorts of achievement goals. Students hold multiple achievement goals. Those students with multi-goals have more deep influence on learning motivation than thoes with only one goals. In Study 3, the correlation between five goals is significant. And there are significant positive correlations between the achievement goal and learning motivation. With analysis of variance and Regression, it was investigated that approach-performance goal , avoid-performance goal and social goal are the significant predictors to learning motivation. Finally, we also analyze these developing trends, and put forward some suggestions on how to practice achievement goal theory in school education.
