When human being society came into 21st century, cooperation has been an important power of human being society with living and development. Learning to live together and cultivating participation and cooperation spirit in human activity are crucial elements in education. Cooperative learning becomes an important study way in new curriculum reform. However, in concrete process, cooperative learning always becomes formalistic; when teacher adopts cooperative learning to teach students, there are many misunderstandings and lack of value recognition of cooperative learning. And then, what are the factors of influencing cooperative learning in class? How to use countermeasures to transform? In this dissertation, the author makes a field investigation of cooperative learning state in teaching in the process of new curriculum reform in remote Sihe Junior Middle School in Jingning County of Gansu Province with using above point as starting point, basic principle of Educational Psychology and current educational statute of our country as guidance, and correlative achievements of Educational Management, Pedagogy, and Educational Psychology.In the whole investigation, the author consults study achievements of many educators and scholars on cooperative learning. The author makes a field investigation and study in the aspects of basic information of objects, basic information of students, teaching behaviors of teachers, discussion state of students' participation in class, cooperation state among students, and feedback of students to class with using questionnaire, interview, and class observation. Through investigation, collection, analysis of relevant data, the author makes conclusions: factors of influencing cooperative learning in class mainly come from inaccurate orientation of teacher role, deficiency of teachers' rein ability, and students' lack of cooperation spirit, skill, time, and evaluation.To aim at main factors of influencing cooperative learning in this school, the author puts forward some suggestions of improving cooperative learning in class: teachers need to strengthen study of theoretical knowledge in new curriculum, improve self ability of replying cooperative learning, establish environment of adapting to students' cooperative learning, cultivate students' good habit and ability of participating in cooperative learning, develop scientific and reasonable teaching evaluation, and so on. |
