This dissertation is a systematical study on University Science and Technology Project Patent Management System with both the theoretical analysis and the positivism analysis. The performance of university science and technology project patent management will be promoted by the theoretical support and system design.Based on the studies in patent regulation and patent management made by academicians, the science and technology project patent management of the universities is studied from a systematical perspective. With the positivism analysis of some typical universities, the factors, which influence the performance of university science and technology project patent management, are analyzed. Then the innovation of the system and designs the innovative precept for the typical case are studied to solve the problems.The dissertation is unfolded as the following illustration: Firstly, a new definition of university science and technology project patent management system and theoretical analysis structure of university science and technology project patent management system are put forward;Secondly, the main influencing factors are founded by the positivism analysis of five universities in Nanjing. The managerial relationship levels analysis is applied to reveal the disharmony of the subject relationship of university science and technology project patent management, and the conclusion are haven that the most important one is the system;Thirdly, a further study is conducted on the innovation of current system such as perfecting the assessment system, strengthen the inspiration system, implement the monitoring system, and so on;Finally, the feasible percept for the typical case by innovating the stratagem, organization, course and system is put forth by analyzing the influencing factors of the typical case.The factor mat characterizes this dissertation lies in its application of systematical perspective in the theoretical analysis, and the method application of managerial relationship levels analysis in the positivism analysis which emphasizes the fact that the system is the key to the settlement of the problems of university science and technology project patent management system. |
