Study On Order-oriented Education

Order-oriented education is a kind of talent cultivation model that aims at searching the new way of cultivating talents when it emerges. Through several years of practice, order-oriented education has gradually been accepted by all kinds of vocational schools. The Ministry of Education also demands that promoting employment should be the target of the vocational education and the educational guiding-thoughts of the higher vocational technical colleges and the vocational schools should be further changed. Vocational education should adopt the various, flexible and open talent cultivation models and order-oriented education should be popularized as the result of such educational thoughts. But because order-oriented education lacks of a systematic research of its theory, it still has not had the recognizable concept analisis and the construction of cultivation model up till now. With the development of practice, order-oriented education has the trend of being generalized --- as long as the education has the contact with the enterprise or employment, it can be regarded as" order-oriented education". Then what's the origin of order-oriented education? What's the definite meaning of order-oriented education? What's the realistic basic of fulfilling the order-oriented education? How to fulfill the Order-oriented education better? My research, which commences from the origin of order-oriented education, will give an answer of these four questions one by one.My paper has four parts. In part one, the background of the order-oriented education is described through the contrast and the analysis of a lot of materials on the one hand and the certification of the origin of the order-oriented education on the other hand. And then I induce the current practical forms of order-oriented education and point out the differences between each other of them. I preliminary clarify the cultivation model of the order-oriented education. By comparing it with the contract training of the American Community College, I further point out that contract is only the appearance and order-oriented education should be different from the other training models from the aspects of vocational education ideas, cultivating objects, speciality arrangement, curriculum model, teaching models etc; In part two, I first start from searching the balance of the benefits of the vocational schools, the enterprises and the students; and then I analyze the exact time when the enterprise...
