Study On The Development Of Higher Vocational Education Adapting To The Evolution Of Industrial Structure

This paper analyzes the development of the Higher Vocational Education from the ideal of serving, from the starting-point of probing into its theoretic foundation and from the way of the historic angle and international comparative. It mainly aims to build a developmental system by analyzing its existing problems. Firstly, it puts forward the adaptive strategy with the breakthrough point of their relation in contents, categories and levels. Secondly, it constructs a developmental atmosphere to regulate its good developmental environment macroscopically. Thirdly, it discusses the ways and means of the adaptation in connotation to settle the problem of the adaptive development microscopically. Finally, it establishes the harmonious feedback mechanism between the Higher Vocational Education and the industrial world intermediately. Therefore, the countermeasure centers on the new ideals of the adaptive development, elicits to construct the developmental system macroscopically , microscopically and intermediately to solve the problem of the structural unemployment , which makes it develop rationally and harmoniously according to its characteristics and rules to exert great function for China's economic prosperity.
